US delivery

We ship only within the United States. Standard Shipping is free. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and US federal holidays, and transit after dispatch usually takes 4–6 business days.

Tracking and addresses

Tracking details are sent to the order email after dispatch. Check the shipping address carefully and contact us as soon as possible if it is wrong; we cannot guarantee an address change after the parcel has shipped.

Delays and delivery problems

Carrier estimates are not absolute delivery promises. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or delivery is damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order and tracking information so we can investigate.
